Who's Been Sleeping In My Bed?
by Marilyn Mackenzie
When my alarm/phone went off this morning, I turned it off. The aches and pains were such that I didn't want to move, let alone get out of bed. Usually, the doggies don't let me get away with that. As soon as the alarm goes off or if my own body alarm goes off and I move, they're immediately licking my face and wagging their tails in anticipation of getting out of bed, going outside and eating.
This morning, both dogs slept through the alarm. Weird. So I decided to try to get pictures. I figured that as soon as I started moving around it would disturb them enough to start the licking and wagging thing. Nope.

Jake was right beside me, as usual. Normally, that means every time I move he grumbles and gripes. And in the morning, he's the first to wake up. This morning, he was under the covers. That was quite unusual.

Zeus was in a strange pose, indeed. I'm surprised he didn't fall off the bed!

AWWWWW ~~~ how cute! Makes me miss my dogs more....
your dogs are so cute.
I miss dogs, but I have a cat to keep me happy.
Snoopie is the one at our house that wants up early to go outside to play in the snow and run around. She starts crying at around 8 if I'm not up yet.
