I am Cheyenne. I am famous... or at least I should be famous for my skills at stalking and hunting those dreaded tennis balls that bounce all over the place. Always going this way and that... boing, boing, boing. Someone must stop them and I have taken on the task four-paw-edly. I am the bravest tennis ball hunter ever known!
Sure, by day I look like a mild-mannered, slightly doofy, but oh-so-cute and cuddly dog...

But get me outside and you'll see the wild in me come out as I stalk my prey. I'm not a coward and don't go for those silly frisbees. Oh no! They're much too easy to catch. I leave those to my fur-sister, Rogue. For me it's got to be a tennis ball or it's not worth my time. I want bouncy action and lots of it! That's what makes it sporting!
I shall now share my tennis ball hunting tips with you...
Step one... get as low to the ground as possible and slowly sneak up on the ball... be careful to make no sound.

Step two... slowly reach out with front paw and sneak a little closer... Make sure you continue to stay low to the ground!

Step three... before the mean ol' ball knows what hit it, grab it quickly in the mouth! Don't let the screaming scare you... hold tight to that slippery little devil!

Step four... Just when you think all the fight's gone out of the little guy, beware. That's when someone will sneak up and try to take credit for your capture. Be sure to hold tight and never let anyone take your prize! You've earned it!

And that is the secret to my success as Cheyenne, the Brave Tennis Ball Hunter Extraordinaire!
Tune in again next week when I'll teach you how to dig a monster sized ditch in less than an afternoon!
