Ok, hopefully you already checked out the wonderful birds photo essay that I published a couple of days ago, and are now ready to be dazzled by some amazing wild cats (albeit stuck in the zoo....so not so wild as they should be)

I think this was the Ocelot. My camera wanted to focus on the bars in the pictures for this guy. Sadly, he had a very small enclosure, I am hoping they will get him into a larger one soon.
An odd angle, but I liked it & decided to keep it this way. Look at that huge paw!
She just exuded beauty & strength to me.

Thanks for coming along on my 2nd photo essay of the zoo! I will probably do at least one more.....that's what happens when there are so many stunning animals & you actually have your camera with you!

Childrens zoo. Maybe a different part or maybe in Mineola, been a long time ago. More than 25 years ago I know.

We didn't make it to the great cats exhibit today when we went to the zoo. Maybe next time. I love big cats.
