I have no other choice but to leave Gather...

I hate to do this but I really don't have any other option.  I've thought about it several times and it's just something that I have to do.  Sometimes a person just has to do something no matter what.

Nothing you say will make me stay!

My hubby, the kids and I are going to the Oregon Coast for family vacation, we leave in a couple of days!  It's the first time we have ever gone on a family vacation, just the 4 of us.  We have always taken people with us in the past.  We asked my parents if they wanted to join us again this year, but it just didn't work for them.

We have a friend that will be staying at the house to take care of the animals and things here while we are gone.  That's one of the most difficult parts of leaving for vacation, we can't unless we have someone to take care of the animals. 

I'm excited to hook-up with ☆ ƒåitĥ ☆ and her family again as well, we met up for the first time last year and went to the Portland Zoo together, I got to meet fellow Gather member Fåith βråns⊗n!!!  I'm excited because this time we actually get to spend the majority of 2 days together, Saturday and Sunday!  Her family is getting a motel near ours for a night!

 

 

So, there it is!  My "I'm leaving Gather" article.  But, unlike others that claim they are leaving Gather and never coming back (yeah right)... I'm just letting you know that I'm leaving for vacation.  I'll be checking in as much as possible while I'm gone! :)

 

Did I scare you?  LOL!  Or are you one of those people who can see though my "misleading" titles!? :)

A few years ago we went with another couple to VA, MD and Washington, DC, but this was our first year as a family and we made it big we traveled 16 hours to go to FL. I had never been there before and now that Fall and Winter are drawing closer, I am seriously thinking of moving to FL.

Have a great time. We just got back from Oregon last week but didn't manage to get to the Portland Zoo. Had a GREAT time at Enchanted Forest in Salem though so if you have young kids or even 10-14 yr olds, it would be a great place to consider. It's off I-5 just barely south of Salem.

small world! I grew up in Corvallis and Brownsville. We've gone to the Enchanted forest a couple of time with the kids and I remember going several times throughout my life growing up. I'm actually uploading pics now!
