How I max my Boomertowne points

views: 100 | comments: 43

I see alot of people asking how to max their points every day, so I figured I'd make an article about it! =) 

Login = 25 points + 1 point for page view 

Rate 34 jokes = 102 points + 7 points for page views

Rate 34 recipes = 102 points + 7 points for page views

Rate 34 quotes = 102 points + 4 points for page views

Visit 20 cities in Mytowne = 100 points + 20 points for page views

Watch 20 videos = 100 points + 20 points for page views

Post comments to 29 friends' message boards = 203 points+ 58 points for page views

Email an article to 5 people = 75 points + 10 points for page views

Play the trivia contest = 25 points + 1 point for page view

Visit the chat room = 100 points + 1 point for page view

Accept friend requests (I usually get at least 10 a day) = 100 points + 1 point for page view (or more depending on how many people request me)

total already = 1164 points. after that i do different things depending on my mood

Sometimes I click random pages until I max my points, sometimes I do that and request friends, really it depends on my mood and how much time I have to get points.

Of course this is just MY way of doing it, you can get more points by doing some of the other things like submitting a recipe, joke, quote or any of the other things there is to do.

That's good. I don't really concern myself with maxing my points. I find the scavenger hunt really racks up the points as you are going all over the place looking for those icons.

I never manage to get the 1500 pts. max, but that's okay. I just plug along like I do here. I like it more here.

I do most of that myself. The only thing I have NOT done is e-mailing an article to people. I would do that too but not sure how.

I frequently forget the points for page views and wonder how my points went up more than I had figured on.

I wanted to clarify that I KNOW how I could e-mail articles but don't know how to do it so BT is aware that I am and gives me the points.

Wilma, when you click the link on the left side of the page that says email article to a friend, it automatically gives you the points. you just put in the info and send it! i send them to my other emails that i have so i dont bother anyone lol.

simply ashley, i just started doing the scavenger hunt again so i forgot about that lol. it is easy to max your points when you find, or try to find, all the clues there! also, BT Help has started something in chat at night where he posts a clue and you find and post the link in the chat room. thats an easy way to max your points too. and if you win the game you can get a 1 year magazine subscription!

I also edit my profile and save. You don't even have to make any changes. You get 7 points. Plus I click on the games. You get 10 points per game without playing. I usually play one or two.

Its actually around 245 if you click on the second link after you click on the video title. This is one of the things I do daily because it gets points quickly.

I still do the rating and games and such but it does take quite a while to get through it all.

Don't forget to go into a chat room. If you say something in a chat room (at least 2 post) you get 100 points.

actually if you do the chat very last and as long as you have 1499 or less, you can get another 100 on top of that so you can get 1599 for the day if you do chat last.
I have gotten 1598 in a day before, but a couple times I accidentaly went over and got 1501 or 1502 before the chat then I didn't get my 100more for chat.

and right now it seems the points are messed up for sending friends requests because the other day I was just trying to get points and I sent 100 requests to get a quick 700pts, then went to my points and already had 1502 and I should have only had about 750... So the next day I tried again and did 10 and then went and checked my points and it seems that it is 13 or 14pts to send a request..

also like Chris said it is about 245pts you can get for the videos I always watch them
Jennifer, I have 3-4 emails I use when I do contesting. I just email articles to those addresses.

I have max my points out a few times. But I need to try and do it more often. As I don't get on every day like i would like.

i sometimes do chat last if i can hold out that long lol. it doesnt work often though, i like to chat while im getting points. you can email anything, it doesnt have to be an article. every page has the link on the left side that says email to a friend. you get the points for any page you email.
