More Chicago heart atttack food!

Is there anything worst than for you than a gyros sandwich?- yep try a Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich. At Paul's on 31st and Wolf road in Westchester, IL. these babies run a foot long and are stacked and don't forget the cheese fries and giant soda.

 

 

 

So you want an Italian beef sandwich with cheese- no problem!

I remember my dad eating those monsters when I was a kid in chi town. BTW I just had Malnati's deep dish pizzaa shipped up to me from chicago. Ever since I left Chicago I really miss their pizza (my favorite being Gino's sausage). But the travel channel ran a show about Chicago pizza and said Malnatis will deliver anywhere in the country--I can't wait to dig in.

Malnatis will ship anywhere in the country, you will have to reheat the food. That Chicago deep dish pizza is good stuff. What you really should try are some Carson's rib tips next time in.

Harlem and North Ave is pretty close to me, I know the area well. But Paul's on 31st and Wolf is an urban legend.

I prefer Ricobenes on the south side .. Also like Portillos. My all time favorite is a breaded steak sandwich from Ricobenes - must have sweet peppers nad gardinere.and don't forget the fry .. Damn, I miss home
