well not sure if any of you guys are from the south but if you ever want to try something simply fantastic look the recipe and try boiled peanuts! hot and fresh they are amazing...i love nuts, picstachio is my favorite, peanuts anyway you cook them, pecans..i haven't met a nut i didn't like!

Okay normally it is salted nuts. Then cashews! BUT Lately it is Hazelnuts.. but I can't tell you why just yet.. I will be writing about it and posting a recipe in my Weighty Issues Group. So be on the look out, I think you will all love it too!

I love salted boiled peanuts, you can buy them in florida anywhere along the road.
