I really, really like the things that Barak Obama says. You're an idiot if you don't. After all, he's a politician, and his words are polished and buffed to perfection. If what he says sounds bad to you, you're a sociopath. So I think that's part of the problem. Nothing is that good. And it almost hurts to watch those people go crazy when he talks like that. Not necessarily because he's lying, or misleading anyone, but because it shows just how much they want what he's offering. If he delivers 90 percent of what he offers, it's a damn shame, because there is a large population in this country that want 150 percent. People want domestic jobs, clean energy, and better educations. There's no question. It's also a damn shame to watch small children weakly clapping with everyone else when Obama says how he's going to bring jobs back to this country. They have no idea what they're clapping about, and it's just a microcosm of the very large population of people in this country who support either candidate for any other reason than "I know the facts and I agree with [that politician]".
I heard a blurb on NPR today about a text messaging campaign that Obama's team is trying on. They're banking on the fact that most of their supporters are younger and savvy with their cell phones. So you text a number, and then pass a message on to everyone in your phone's address book. And those people are supposed to support Obama. OK... so when exactly do all these exponential multitudes of cell phone users get educated about the issues and solutions to the issues? Well, they haven't accounted for that. They just want people to VOTE. Whether that vote is fueled by ignorance, or education, or guilt, they want it. It's not that I don't want people to vote for Obama.. or that I don't or do want anyone to vote or not vote for anyone. It's that every year that passes and we vote for local, state and federal politicians without being educated, it's one more year we've wasted.
So, you ask, "I don't know all the facts, so what, do you want me to just NOT vote?"
No. I want you to learn, and then vote.
So, you ask, "It's November 4th, and I still don't have all the facts. Should I skip voting?"
To this, I have nothing to say but you are an arrogant, selfish, irresponsible, lazy American. You aren't worthy to be a citizen of this country because you aren't even willing to learn enough to make an educated decision about the people who are ultimately going to run it.
So if that's you on November 4th, you go ahead and do whatever you want. One of two things are going to happen. Either we will adapt and overcome our problems (which will eventually necessitate lazy people like you becoming extinct), or we will succumb to our fears, our media, our lies and eventually we'll all die off.

It is a lie. Obama got where he is based on the samr dirty Chicago politics as the rest, his hands are not clean. He does not walk on water. He is not the savior.
But then, McCain sucks too.
Use your vote to vote independant.
