IRAQ WANTS TIMELINE..McCain says occupation!

                             HI!....."We're here to help".., or,... "it's not over 'till we say it's over"

Ok, let's see....it's their country (Iraq) but how is it that we are now the legitimate party who will determine when it is time for us to leave Iraq? Doesn't sound a whole like a suitable ending to a heoric effort to bring "freedom, democracy and peace" to an oppressed people.. does it? In most other cases in the history of the world events, a country which is within the borders of another country against the wish of a host country is referred to as,.. an occuping force. Yes, quite a kick in the backside by a bunch of ungrateful jerks!; but, let's be realistic about the actual events on the ground and stop kidding ourselves! You can't (..with a straight face anyhow) pretend to nobly force your "peace, justice and the American way" desires into the folded arms of a reluctant co-partner. These people (Iraqi leaders and common people) by any and all measures and counts want us to leave their country ,.. and the sooner the better. Conversation and game over if you are playing by civilized rules. Unfortunately, the timeline for "Mission Accomphished" resides on the streets of Bagdad, and not within the White House oval office. Not a good situation, but a sad ironic testimony and ending to a horrible strategic blunder which lead us into this costly, deadly, empty conflict.
