Tornado Sirens and TV News

I don't mind thunderstorms but I have always been fearful of tornados.  The sirens started going off here a few minutes ago but the news was still showing just Thunderstorm warning.  THAT freaks me out.  I don't know about anyone else but I get really freaked out when there is any indication of tornados. 

So I grabbed my cat, grabbed a flashlight, grabbed my purse (for my cell phone) and came to the basement.  Then I go back upstairs and get the bird and bring him down and then the computer too.

Nothing like tornado warnings and sirens to give me a good 'ol dose of anxiety!  I'm not the one to sit outside and watch it, I'll watch the TV radar until I know the tornado threat is gone past me.  THEN I'll go up and watch the rest of the thunderstorm.

Now thankfully I'm safe in the basement, I have electricity and so I can watch the TV radar to find out exactly where the storm is and my heart rate is slowing as the worst of it is starting to pass (or pass out of my area...)
