Here's an interesting side bar... I've found, for the most part, that the claims of tea being a natural appetite suppresant are true. I've also found that my cravings for sweets is at an all time low (totally cool!)
But... when I drink peppermint tea... my appetite increases. If I wasn't hungry before drinking the tea, I am after.
It took me a little while to make the correlation, but since I have, that will be one tea I avoid in the future. Spearmint, on the other hand, does not affect me the same way... weird.
Does anyone else find peppermint increases your appetite?
Any other tea flavor triggers?

What I do enjoy about peppermint...is that is is just about the PERFECT flavor to enjoy after a meal. Something about it is like the icing on the cake. Especially if it was a very savory meal.
