I can hardly believe I only have one more week to go on the Tea Diet Challenge! I owe a huge thanks to the Gather community for keeping me going with your inspiring words of encouragement! Interacting with Gather friends has been a great boost towards my seeing this challenge through to the end.
My life has changed so much for the positive already, it can only get better here on out!
My goals for this last week are pretty simple:
1) Walk a minimum of 3 times a week, and find one way to incorporate at least 10 minutes of additional exercise into my life every day
2) Incorporate meals and snacks from the 14 Day Plan in The Ultimate Tea Diet into every day of this week
3) Make a list of our family favorite meals and then research and find recipes for healthier versions of each dish
4) Drink tea, tea, lots of tea!
I've also made a pact with myself that if I've lost at least 8 pounds (which would be a healthy 2 lb loss per week) that I will splurge and buy some of Dr. Tea's Candy Bar tea http://teagarden.com/shopexd.asp?id=240 <- Doesn't that look and sound divine?
