Well, 30 minutes may not sound like a lot to some folks, but for me, it's a real triumph and now I feel like dancing... 'cept I don't want to over-do it LOL
My first few walks have been 10 to 15 minutes, but today I felt rather energized (which I'm sure is a combo of all the tea, water, and energy I'm building up from starting an exercise program) so I kept going for a little over 30 minutes :)
Some times, it's just those little things you conquer, that mean so much!
I also made a big batch of grean tea with raspberry flavoring to use as "ice tea" througout the day.
<-- Bohemian Raspberry Green Tea (yum!)
I've been drinking more black tea batches for ice tea drinking, and white tea for hot, so I'm going to see how green tea suits me and if I notice any differences with it over the next few days.
Reading The Ultimate Tea Diet book over again too, and jotting down some notes in a little notebook to carry in my purse, keep on my desk, etc. for quick reference. As I want to step things up a bit next week with tea recipes, etc., I want to make sure I have a solid understanding of the program too.
How's everyone else doing with thier Tea Challenge or other New Year's inspired goals? I'd love to hear about your progress, findings, and/or success!
Hugs,
Barb

I also dropped the tea in the mail today. They are all black tea's. I hope they find you well!
I type this while I am sipping my umpteenth cup of green/jasmine tea today! I am doing okay with that, but I am having a really hard time trying to eat three meals each day. I have dinner ready to go though.....chicken with a tea rub:)
Great comments. Remember on my plan, you can have healthy snacks during the day. check them out in the meal planning chapter.
It's going to be tough! Absolutely! But you will love the results.
Go ahead and pour yourself another cup of tea and enjoy all of the benfits you are adding to your system.
