I wonder what the Elizabeth Cake would taste like with a tiny amount of matcha powder (Japanese tea ceremony green tea powder) in the icing? There couldn't be much matcha or it might taste bitter. I'm only wondering this because I like to look for ways to incorporate tea into recipies.
