The other day, my two younger daughter and myself, decided to explore our neighborhood. Taken advantage of warmer fall weather. We found a near by lake and with a stone bridge.
The trees, still had some beautiful colored leaves left, after the long night of wind and rain.
The ground was covered with a blanket of colored leaves. The girls relaxed in the leaves for a while.
The lake was surrounded by trees and bushes, it was hard to get down in there to get some pictures of the stone bridge.
As I was taken pictures, I noticed a lone duck, enjoy his day. You can always tell the males from the females, the males have the beautiful green color lined with blue.
