On Sunday's, it's become our 'thing' to do up a big breakfast. Today for breakfast, we had bacon, shredded hashbrowns with cheese, and scrambled eggs. Mmm... We used to do french toast a lot, but when we moved to having an electric stove several years ago, we got out of the habit. It always ruined the batch. Since then, we've only ever had electric stoves. Ideally, I'd like a gas stove in my kitchen. They work better if you ask me, and heat far more evenly.
Raegan has recently learned to make pancakes and loves making them, so I need to start buying some all-purpose mixes that she can use to make up pancakes when she wants. She's enjoying being able to cook some different things. I think I want to take time to start teaching her how to make various items soon.
So, what was your breakfast?

There have been weekday mornings when I couldn't sleep at all that I make a nice warm breakfast for everyone, but it's not often. Lately, the kids have been wanting toast instead of cereal for breakfast.
I work on Sundays from 8-4 (from home) so Hubby cooks! Yeah Hubby! Today he made eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. He makes it later in the morning, so it is "brunch".
