My photo of Addy Lynn and Nia, The First Time was at number one, it it still the highest rated photo, before I left to go pick up grandson, I used it as an icon, mow it is not feaured at all, why?
The photos work in a strange way. But I think this happened because you made it your icon. A similar thing happens when you post a single photo to a group, if you move that photo to an album it disappears from the group. I don't think things work as they are intended but that is only my humble opinion.
Photos take on the attributes of whatever album they are in. If you move it out from an album to be just by itself it can be added to a group or made an icon. I am not sure why photos can't be accessible whether they are an icon or in an album or by themselves.

I may have an answer for you. The "Highest" or "Most" listings are all based upon a 24 hour timeframe. Only content published in the last 24 hours is eligible to appear, and only ratings, comments and views which occur in that 24 hour period are counted. Thus content will always shift and drop off the list. Also, even a single rating of '9' will instantly remove any piece of content from the "Highest Rated" list.
I don't know if any of these situations may have been applicable in your case though.
