Yes Peter, and they need to now.
Some of my kids did that and i kept telling them that they are just burying themselves deeper in the hole. Finally they saw the light. I am so glad they dont do that nomore.

well, sorry, but people use those places...they can't expect not to pay a huge price for that. Again, people have to take responsibility for the financial choices they make.
