We Went to a Birthday Party Today!

    One of the things I love about this town is that it has plenty of things for families and children to do.  Today we went to a birthday party at a local Science Theatre.  We had never been to the theatre before today, but kept meaning to go.  The kids party had a lazer show with music, then a science demonstration.  I thought the birthday cake for the party was really cute too, so I took a photo of it.  My son is the little guy wearing the orange shirt.  The birthday girl is the one helping to demonstrate static electricity.   She and her brother have birthdays less than a month apart so their mother had a combination party for the two of them.
