Change your perspective

Sometimes I just need to get things in perspective to relax. So aside from the usual stress reducers (you know what I'm talking about...a cold glass of sangria, your favorite music CD playing, dimmed lights, and a nice hot bubble bath!), I love to go into my backyard by the pool and just lay on the pool deck, looking up at the evening stars. I know it sounds a little corny, but it really works. Realizing the distance of the stars, and how loved ones far away can see the same stars, makes you think of the bigger picture. There are so many people around the world with much more serious problems that paying for college becomes at worst just another loan I'll have to pay. And heck, by the time I have to starting paying I should have at least one or two of my current debts paid off so no sweat!  Allow yourself to see the big picture, breathe, and let it out. Relax...
