What about travel expenses, textbooks, clothing and whatever high-priced technological gadget your college kid won’t be able to live without?
Chances are, you’re also wondering if you’re doing everything you can to get your child ready. Will Stephanie or Stanley be a strong enough student to win a scholarship? Fact is, thinking ahead to your child’s college years has the potential to be a major source of stress!

How to Enter
It’s easy to participate in the $25,000 Code Orange “Coping with College” Contest! First, join the “Code Orange Group” group at codeorange.gather.com. Join now!
In an essay, less than 400 words in length, you must include the name of the child you are entering on behalf of. Follow these quick steps to write an essay:
- Click on “Publish” at the top of any Gather page
- Select Publish an Article
You may type directly into the body of the submission page or copy and paste in your entry, if you have written it elsewhere - In the “Tags” field, you must insert the tag "codeorange" separated from any other tags by a comma
- Under "Who can view my article," you must select "Everyone" and the "Code Orange” group
- Under "Rating and Commenting Options" you must select "Allow ratings on this article, and uncheck "Allow comments on this article".
- Click “Publish”
All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2007.
