The Oxlip itself or the Meadow Cary?
Is it Primula elatior? Or the false Oxlip, the primrose?
They're also called cowslips, but I believe the name is Primula.
No Idea
I think Patti got it right off the bat.
I grow Evening Primrose, mostly pink but I also have some white and yellow I started from seed. I'm taking some of the pink with me when I move.
Musk roses?
:-))
I think it is primrose, too. :-)
I think it's a plastic flower you can by for $1. Makes people think you're a master gardner during Winter months.
I don't have a guess for this one.
Primrose it is!
Congratulations to those of you that named it or Primula!
So many diverse comments, I am surprised and really enjoying them!
Thank you, everyone!
I am so glad you gave the answer Curt. I did not have a clue.
=~D
I had to come back and see the answer. I almost said Primrose but talked myself out of it. I think someone said go with your first thought it's usually right.
Thanks for the comment on my recipe. We really love it. I forgot to put this in the recipe. Donm't use Italian sausage. It is too strong and overwhelmes the smoky flavor.
Can you believe it, I'm caught up on comments, Gather emails, and regular email? I actually posted two articles yesterday after getting caught up.
A Primrose, I beleive~
Congratulations to all who guessed Primrose! I had no idea.
congratulations to those who guessed this one.
Congratulations, Maria!
This one got a lot of diverse answers.
