More Photos from Myrtle Beach, SC

This is a little late but I wanted to wait until I got our 300 photos developed since I find it easier to scan the photos I want to add to an article rather than look through the thumbnails and hope I pick out the best ones to add.

These are a few nature photos I took while on my vacation last month.

As we were walking down to the beach some movement caught my eye and I spotted this cute little guy scampering along the railing.  He stayed pretty still for me while I snapped a few pictures and then tried to hide in the tall grass but I caught one more before I lost him.

He sees me but decides not to flee just yet.

He's checking me out.  I think he had some remark about me being a silly city girl.

He runs into the tall grass and tries to hide after making the City Girl remark.  You can barely see him in the middle of the photo.

I'm thinking, lizard may not be the right name for him, but he was cute and amazed me for a few minutes.

There were more ducks than I could count.  This pretty fellow was sunning himself so I decided to snap a picture of him.  He had some very pretty colors in his feathers.

These are some pretty mossy turtles in the pond at the resort.  It was funny to see them in the water with all the moss floating on their backs.  They are waiting for me to throw them some pellets from the machines on the bridge.  As soon as they see people they come over to be fed along with the ducks, swans and fish.

Since the tourist finally left, these turtles decided to lay out in the sun for a while and take a rest.

This bird was looking for a handout at Murrell's Inlet, SC.

I can't forget the bird looking for berries in the tree.

He finally got one and let me take a picture.

Last but not least, I'll leave you with the bunny.  There were several at the resort, but it's pretty hard to get a picture before they run under a bush or into the flower beds.

Hope you enjoyed the nature I found while on vacation.  It's just a small part of the fun I had in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
