A Nights View
Many times we go out into the night but never stop to see what's happening around us.
The world lives on even though we don't see it at night.

These photos were taken at night using a phoenix Drilled light ring
and my Sony Cyber shot camera.

I didn't have to go far for these images. Only to my back porch.

Although the images are hard to capture with the different light source,
I believe that the effort was worth it!
This grass hopper was sleeping on the petals of a Zinnia.
I didn't know they slept.
Thank you for looking into the night with me.

BTW--What photo contest is this for? You've got my 10.
I haven't done night shots like that before, but I don't have one of those nifty little whatchamacallits. I use ambient light in most of my photography at the moment. My equipment is sparse, but functional. :-)
Its observance will be my subject of studies in photography...

Good luck with the contest.
Thanks for posting to Gardens Galore. I'd like to feature it if I can figure out how to.
For stopping by today!
I love your comments a whole bunch,
And wish that you could stay.
No time right now to type to you,
My wife, she is ill.
So this my poem, I wrote it new,
Wishing Gather my good will!
thanks 4 sharing
Thanks again,
