Individuals who do not currently have health insurance with prescription drug coverage (or those who regularly exceed their maximum yearly benefit for prescription drugs) will realize the greatest savings. So, if you do not already have full prescription drug coverage, this program could save you a lot of money. Even if you DO have health insurance, you can still qualify for this program.
