I have found that there are only a handful that people like year round. such as Lilacs, Coconut, Cinn., Ripe Apples etc. most people really love fruit scents year round.
my person favs are Lemons, Raspberry, Honeydew Melon & Pomegrante.
No I do not sell candles I make soaps, lotions & pamper yoursell spa products.
I love Tea Rose and Tea Tree, but as with everything, in moderation.
My strange one, I love the smell of rusty water. You know that smell that you get with old pipes that haven't been used for a while??? It reminds me of bath time at my grandparents house when I was a kid.
~coffee brewing and coffee beans in a grocery, but I don't drink it
~my dogs 2 days after their baths, wet doggy smell is gone then, lol
~puppy breath, not dog, but puppy
~the smell of my husband while we sleep, I put my nose right in the center of his back, lol
BTW, the "Ocean Water" variety of Yankee Candle's scented candles duplicates the latter so accurately, it's almost scary!
The woods in October -- with that sort of musty smell of that year's carpet of fallen leaves on the forest floor.
Campfires.
One from my childhood (that now no one is likely to smell unless somethings wrong) -- burning leaves -- which is how everyone disposed of them back in the dark ages. You know, those days where no one locked their house, and burglar alarms we only on TV shows.
The smell of a horsebarn. Brings back wonderful memories of my horseback riding days of youth. Being a city kid, I treasured my moments around the barn of my instructor! (Yeah, I know...a little weird, but true!)
Lilacs are also right up there, but my name was taken from the song, "Janine I Dream of You in Lilac Time," so I guess I'm biased!
