Well, after witnessing the pure awesomeness that was Dr. Horible's Sing a Long Blog, I had to see why everyone loved this Neil Patric Harris guy, because Dr. Horrible seemed to gain most of it's popularity from his name alone.
I found some clips on Youtube of that old Doogie Howser show, but I couldn't find any full length episodes.
However, what I did find full length episodes of, was his new show How I Met Your Mother. And I am loving it.
I'm only ten episodes into it (there's been four seasons so far), and all ready I'm getting ready to declare this my favorite sitcom of all time.
The show begins in the year 2030, where an older Ted Mosby (Bob Saget), who is telling his teenage children the elaborate tale of how he met their mother. He recounts tales from when he was the young Ted (Josh Radnor), and believe me, their are some pretty crazy ones.
The entire series is told in flashback, and we go through all of Ted's past relationships, as he tries desperately to find his true love in the city of New York.
Ted is certain he's fund that girl when he meets Robin (Cobie Smulders), but fate has other plans...
The show has Neil Patrick Harris as the hilarious Barney, who is certain that he is god's gift to woman, when the sad truth is that he couldn't get a women if he tried. And believe me, he tries.
All in all, this is a realy great show. There are four seasons so far, and I'm kind of rushing through them, so that I'll be ready when they start up the fifth season this September.
Will you be watching?

I have caught Big Bang Theory a few times. I think it's fairly well written and the humor isn't dry or sarcastic like much humor can be. The promo they are running that the StarFleet Directive doesn't apply is all too true.
