I'm Bzzing about Glade Sense and Spray

By now, I'm sure all of you know exactly what a bzzagent is, but I have to let you know anyway.  As a bzzagent I get to try out a number of products (mostly for free.)  In exchange, I have to tell others about my experiences with them.  This time, I've been able to try out Glade's Sense & Spray.

This is an automatic air freshener that has a motion sensor.  When it detects motion, it will emit a burst of fragrance.  It then locks for 30 minutes, so it doesn't keep spraying over and over.  There is also a button on the front if you need an extra burst of fragrance. 

The starter kit includes everything you need to get started with this product and is only $8.99 (that includes 2 AA batteries.)  The product should last for about 30 days with 10 sprays per day.  Refills are available for only $3.49 and come in a variety of scents. 

Now, let me tell you a little bit about my experience with the product.  I love scents, and I have a variety of products placed all around my house so that it will smell good.  This one I placed in the dining room.  The motion sensor is supposed to detect movement up to 5 feet away, but I find mine to be really sensitive.  There is a window in our dining room and whenever a car would pass in front of the window on the road outside, the fragrance would spray.  It's a little disconcerting to hear it spray when absolutely no one is around.  Plus, it's a waste of fragrance.  It seems to me that you have to be careful about where exactly you place this.

It does have a nice fragrance to it, but it's not a heavy scent.  It will give a pleasant smell to your house without being overpowering.  It's a little expensive for only lasting 30 days, but I believe it's a good product.  If you be careful about where you place it, it could be something to help your home smell better.
