I recently ran across a book called Atlantyx by Chase Dalton at a Christian factory outlet store. It was on their clearance section. It wasn't too expensive, and it looked intriguing so I decided to buy it. I'm glad I did because it was a very enjoyable book.
The story is about this woman named Valerie Russell who is going back to college to get a post-graduate degree. She is getting it in psychology and is going to be studying the addiction of video games. It seems that the problem is more severe than she ever thought though. Some kids are disappearing who specifically use this one game called Atlantyx, and she must investigate.
I like this book because there is plenty of action. You've got people shooting at each other. You've got kids disappearing. You've got Valerie investigating. It's a book that will really keep you involved. Also, there are lots of interesting characters to become involved in. You learn a little about everyone's life. There is an added element of just a little bit of romance involved in this book to, but it isn't overdone.
This is one book I would encourage you to check out if you like the Christian fiction genre.
