My husband and I broke down and went to a regular movie last night. It's very unusual for us not to go to the $2 theater, but we really wanted to see this one. I didn't know a whole lot about it other than the previews. It looked really good from the previews. It wasn't exactly what I thought it was going to be. It's a really interesting movie. I thought that the story line was fascinating, but it just wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be. There definitely is a sad part right in the middle of the film. I almost found myself crying... I wasn't extremely fond of the ending, but it wasn't one that ruined the whole film at least. Have you seen it? What did you guys think?
On a side note, there was a guy at the theater making comments except he was making them extremely loudly. It was rather annoying. I didn't want a running commentary with the movie that I paid so much to go see!

It makes one think. With what scientists are trying to do with curing cancer...or even trying to manipulate genes/virus's ...along with cloning in order to help humanity. If we keep trying to play God on this level, something CAN go very wrong and having a devistating effect on humanity. It's a scary thought.

It would have been really good if they would have showed how they transformed into what they were.
