I like to call this a "No Recipe Recipe".
Add and subtract to your tastes.
For the chicken marinade, I used a recipe posted earlier today, deciding I couldn't wait. I marinaded the chicken for about four hours, rather than the 30 minutes called for. That link can be found here: http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474977688316
grilled chicken breasts
Mexican blend cheese
Spicy Sour Cream
grilled red bell pepper and vidalia onion
lettuce
grilled buns
For the Spicy Sour Cream, I mixed about 1/2 cup sour cream with cilantro, salsa verde, fresh lime juice, minced jalapeno and a little salt.
Load everything in the bun! Voila!

What is seeping out of the bottom?
*biff*
It's the sour cream!
It looks fake. Seriously.
wow that looks really good
Were we supposed to "reply to this comment"? Whoops.
Yay!!! Sammiches!!! I loooooooves me some sammiches. I can even make me some sammiches as long as I don't have to cook anything. I can even skip whatever Robsie sees seeping out the bottom. I could just do mayo...or eat it plain. (Notice I didn't even mention dousing it with Heinz.) S-A-M-M-I-C-H-E-S!!!
Mmm... The mayo does sound good. I think that I like that even better than the sour cream, although either would work.
I was originally going to use mayo, Heather but then realized traditional fajitas would be served with sour cream. But you are right, both are delish!
Looks good. We had steak for dinner.
thanks for sharing

Exellent...and I see chickpeas too!!!!!!
Hey Shannon...I am looking for that peanut butter ball recipie.....I have been thinking abot it fo a week or so now....
I make peanut butter balls with 1 part honey, 2 parts peanut butter, and 3 parts powdered dry milk. Stir together, roll into balls, and refrigerate. My kids call them Scooby Snacks.
It's simple, Lou: 1 cup PB, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar and 1 t vanilla. Mix and bake about 11 minutes, depending on how big you make each cookie. That's pretty much it.
Those look great!
Delicious! I'll take one please~
That looks really good. I'm so gonna have to make those next week. Thanks, my hubby will forever love me. :o)
