I wanted a burger so bad, we almost had these for breakfast!
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 T chili powder
1 t cumin
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t each: salt and pepper
Chili Cheese
1 cup (4 oz) Velveeta
1 can chili without beans
Mix cheese and chili til smooth. Microwave til hot.
Garnish
sliced red onion
torn lettuce
sliced tomato
Mix ground beef with spices. Form into patties. Preheat grill over medium high heat. Grill to desired doneness.
Serve burgers with chili cheese, sliced onion, lettuce and tomato.
I served these amazing burgers with homemade potato chips.
