Fresh chorizo sounds incredible! What a treat Shannon. I happen to have both chorizo (frozen) and macaroni & cheese (in the box). It won't be quite the same, but if I get a hankering for comfort food soon you can bet on what I'll be turning too....

*Sniffs for Velvetta* I'm in the mood to be a pig tonight, so I'll eat this...and probably ask for seconds. I was supposed to go out for dinner for Scott's birthday, but he had a rotten day at work (Told he had to start working nights or he was fired after bending over backwards for the sleezeball company he's worked for the past three years, which will remain nameless...Christmas Tree Shop.) He canceled all his birthday plans, so I'm stuck eating cake all weekend. YAY!!!

I used to cut up hotdogs in Mac and Cheese for my kids. This is like the gourmet version of that. Yummy.

Oh my does that look good. I made mac n cheese last night. Sometimes it is the only thing that will do! Mom's can be wonderful sometimes! Fresh chorizo too. Can't be beat!

Homemade chorizo looks great! And the mac n'cheese is always a pleasure to turn to at the end of a bad day. Today is Saturday - and I hope the sun is shining there as it is here, and you can have some downtime.
