The election is over but we still have the econonmy, as well as politics, in general.

I'd like to hear how many are doing, in the economic slide. What types of adjustments that have been working well, for them, etc...

There's less posts, but more posts that I'm interested in. I hate election years as I despise arguing about politics. I'm glad Gather is "back to normal" so to speak.

Good responses, I can see that there are some who love to discuss politics, others who don't mind, and some who don't care for it. Sounds remarkably like the real world here at Gather.

Bill, I wouldn't know about that as I have only recently become more active in Gather, even though I joined almost two years ago I only got my first 'points' about two months or so ago.

Berf, interesting icon that you have, and good to know that you don't think things have changed. I don't know that I think so anymore either after seeing a few other good posts yesterday.

Dorothy, I haven't had my life changed by the economy, I was living within my means before and continue to do so now, and will continue to do so in the future. If everyone was doing this I think that the economy would likely not be in the situation that it is.
