No Marie, I learned to read at an early age and use various media including Fox to try and figure out what is going on. I've also noticed that Fox does not openly gush about a politician while pretending to be non partisan.

I learned at about age 14 that Time was a partisan rag written for people who want a shallow splash of "news" with pictures to forestall much thinking.

Charles, Fox STOPPED gushing when the Republicans were voted out of power. NOW they attack with a vengeance only a loser could muster.

Maybe so but they also hammered Bush on more than a few things. But much of the media now gushes on about Obama and is it correct for them to do so? How is that any different than what you claim Fox did for Bush?

Rory, I think Our best days are ahead of us and I agree with Obama that America is the best country in the world. I think his policies do change us but not in a good way. We went through this with Carter and like Obama, he was a blessing in disguise since he gave us Reagan. Obama is truly the "one" to get Americans back to their traditional roots.

A lot of the noise about Obama I think is based on racism. There are still plenty of people who just can't stomach the fact that we have a black president. Although it bugs that no one bothers to acknowledge that he's half white!

I actually can read so if given a word over 5-6 letters, I can use a dictionary. So even if I had forgotten the word, it was easy for me to look up. One thing about diplomacy you seem to have forgotten, it's meaningless without determination and if necessary force behind it. Determination? I don't think so. But of course that is my HO and we will not likely agree.

Lastly, if Obama thinks then speaks, why does he seem to be having so mch trouble connecting to fewer and fewer people in this country? Why did he arm the Repubs who only months ago were totally insignificant, more inept than normal, and easily ignored? Why does he choose to pick a part of the media for designation as not being real? Even your nemesis Bush did no such thing and he was savaged by the general media for much of his administration?

Obama has got a couple of things right admittedly but the list is short compared to what he has done wrong.
