After Kelly Clarkson's performance of "My Life Would Suck Without You" on the American Idol, you may have observed that she has gained some weight. I immediately questioned whether not Kelly Clarkson was pregnant and then decided to turn to the internet, a trusted source for celebrity life changes. (Please note my sarcasm there.)
Actually, instead of surfing online for info, I had a text conversation with my roommate who was only two rooms away from me. Yes, technology has put a rift in our face-to-face communication. Our text conversation was as follows:
Roommate: Um kelly clarkson looks HORRIBLE
Me: Shes gained about 20 pounds
Roommate: Yeah she did. And she needs Pro Active. But im loving this song!
Me: She needs a better stylist too
Rrrrrrrawww. Yeah, we're a little catty. But we're both Kelly Clarkson fans despite talking smack about her. The performance was pretty good and rockin'. Her interview with Ryan Seacrest on the other hand was very awkward. He knows and she knows she's hating every second of being back on the American Idol stage. But hey, it's a marketing vehicle and a girl has got to sell a couple million albums.
For those of you who were wondering if Kelly Clarkson really is pregnant, the answer is NO. In fact, she doesn't even want any kids. She recently told USA Today, "Oh, my God, I have no desire. I would not be a good mother." So there it is. It's a little weight gain and skinny b****es like myself should leave the girl alone and stop being so judgmental. Check out Kelly Clarkson's American Idol performance video:

I'll have to check out your video ... American Idol is on right now but I'm watching Real World that I taped. I guess I could flip it to AI but I know Kelly won't be on yet so I'll take the easy way out and watch it right here on your post.
Ha, just flipped to AI and Kanye West is performing right now.
She has gained a lot of weight -- she's even bigger than she was when she first started on American Idol, right? Looks like she even tried to wear a 'slimming' outfit too but it didn't work. :o(
It's posts like this that feed into the insecurities of not only celebrities, but women as a whole. Don't we have better things to worry about then whether or not a celebrity is a size 2?
But without a doubt, that has got to be the absolute SUCKIEST song title ever.
Please note the line, "It's a little weight gain and skinny b****es like myself should leave the girl alone and stop being so judgmental." The post is supposed to show how we how we do just what you said Spanky, but how that's wrong. Oh well, I'm sure from the rating so far, most won't get that part.
I did love her hair though. I wasn't at all a fan of the platinum blond.
I didn't watch the first season of American Idol so I didn't form a bond with Kelly. I like her singing though.
She's better sell a lot of CDs or she'll get dumped by her record label like Clay Aiken did.
--What?? Only a fat person would make such a stupid comment. I am 36 and have been a size 6 or smaller my entire life. By being active and eating healthy. No lipo or diet pills here. But I guess that wouldn't help you anyway since its your bones that are big, its not the fat that you are carrying on those bones right?!?!?!
It isn't nice for me to make these comments about Kelly Clarkson, unless I'm genuinely concerned about her health. But why is it acceptable for others to assume that size 2 woman must be anorexic?
I used to live with a girl who always complained about girls on TV or in person who were my size and always call them, "anorexic little girls". Because apparently it can't possibly be natural to be a thin person and enjoy food.
She is who she is, period.
