Kyleigh reluctantly faced another week of schooling. I didn't have a morning meeting today, so I let her sleep in a little later than normal. When I dropped her off, she cried a little but not too bad.
I checked Kyleigh out via the webcam at lunch. Again Kyleigh was sitting at the lunch table, facing away from the camera. I saw her Little Bee lying on the floor behind another girl's chair. The girl noticed Little Bee, and picked it up. She then stuck Little Bee between Kyleigh's back and the back of the chair. Kyleigh was a little startled, as if she didn't even notice Little Bee was gone until then. What's even more surprising was that Kyleigh turned around and gave Little Bee to the assistant teacher.
The teacher put Little Bee in Kyleigh's cot, and eventually Little Bee and Kyleigh reunited at nap time. For the first hour, Kyleigh was moving around. At one point it almost looked like she was waving at me (front center).

I think she is doing better, and I hope this continues.

How long is naptime?
I wish, oh well. I just wish it was possible for her to stay at home with you but I know lots of people need both parents working.
Sophie - The scheduled nap time is from 12:30 to 2:30 but kids don't sleep through the whole time.
If Maddie had to be in daycare I know it would sure make me feel better to know I could look in on her whenever I wanted to!
