Kyleigh's Story - "Mommy, You Can Have Some"

Kyleigh is enjoying her summer vacation in Taiwan with my mom. Recently my mom set up the webcam so I can watch Kyleigh while talking on the phone with them.

Last night we talked for a long time and it was lunch time for them. My mom brought a bowl of something and started feeding Kyleigh on the living room couch.

So I asked, "Ni zai chi she me hao chi de (What delicious thing are you eating)?"

My mom answered on Kyleigh's behalf, "Pai gou fan (Taiwanese style grilled pork chop with rice)."

I exclaimed over the phone, "Ai you! Hao hao chi oh! Ma ma ye yao chi! (Wow! So delicious! Mommy wants a bite too!)"

Kyleigh immediately jumped off the couch, ran over to the TV stand where the cordless phone was, grabbed the phone, reached her arm out with the phone in her hand, ran back to the couch, and put the phone in front of her bowl.

Awww. How sweet of her to share her delicious lunch with Mommy over the phone.
