Why is it when your having a bad day everything seems to suck. I don't know what it is today but it's not fun so far. I woke up early to a crying baby and he is still going at it. I have done everything I can to make it better but it's not working. I have held him, feed him, changed him, played with him, rocked him, tried to get him to sleep and nothing.
I'm starting to get a headache.
Ok...I feel a little better now. Back to being a mommy.

Give him an old cell phone to chew on and play with....
Or an old set of keys that you don't mind if they get lost!
when all else fails duct tape him to a ceiling fan by his feet :) JUST KIDDING!!!
I wish you the best (I had a child that cried her first 2 years of life. It was ony when she got tubes in her ears that I was able to sleep through the night.)
I can't wait for the day she out grows it!!
Ugh! I'm sorry. I bet that is very annoying and before long I will know exactly how you feel. Could the baby be getting sick?
How old is the baby? If you are nursing, might be something you ate; if the baby is on formula, might be getting sensitized to an ingredient; if the baby is eating solids, might be a food sensitivity. There is a recommendation not to start gluten grains (wheat, rye, barley) until between 4 to 6 months so as not to propel the baby into celiac disease. Good thing to research on www.celiac.com. Be careful with introduction of foods; one at a time and watch for a reaction before going on to another. I also recommend reading Mothering Magazine if you don't already.
Take care!
He's one year old and he isn't the type of kid to cry a lot I have been really blessed with a mainly happy baby. I mean overly happy sometimes.
Thoughts of peace to you and yours.
