Hi Unhappy Rater,
I know you won't read this. Maybe you will cause it gives you the attention you've been craving for sometime. My suggestion is that you better enjoy this little bit of negative attention because it's all you get. While I am stealing a little of your attention, maybe you should know that your ratings don't hurt me. I know I can't write a perfect poem, if you read anything I wrote from time to time I admit to not being a writer. I know I don't write people pleasing articles, most of the time they are tips or helpful information. I guess helping people is a better use of my time, verses how you use yours. The questions you rate low. How pathetic of you. It's a question maybe the fact that people answer ticks you off. You should know that just because I am aware of the rating, doesn't mean it means anything to me. The comments of the great Gather people mean far more then you clicking a star.
I know you don't give me all of your attention either. When you log in, there are a number of articles that become low rated. How truly sad it is that you can't imagine anything else to do but hide behind a screen and low rate people. You should try reading a book or walking the dog, you might find some happiness.
I'd like to go on and on but I won't. I will end it with the low rating for the Gather Member to Member Angel Tree post. How completely rude and pathetic of you! When someone takes the time to reach out and do something good, you can't think of anything else to do but low rate. That group was made to help everyone on Gather. There are people who deserve help. There are people like me, who want to help. There are people who want to help but can't. Then there are people like you . . .

Gather needs to let us know who is rating what or do away with ratings.
so I think I am going on at a rating strike this week,,,
I wish people would just get a life, but since they won't, here's a 10. I hope it makes up for it a little bit.
I am not on here for the points, although they are a nice little bonus... I barely even look at my rating because it doesn't matter. Someone could give me a db1 and I wouldn't even notice.
I guess they are accomplishing something for themselves. They must be poor, pitiful souls to get such enjoyment out of this. However, we all get enjoyment too, for the high level of support we all get from the rest of Gather.
So its all good! Right?

I don't know why people act like that low rater does. maybe they are still in middle school ??
If I am correct my rater is female. I gather in the 40 range. Seems odd how she logs in and ratings take a nose dive. Time will tell. The truth always comes out in the end.
