Seeking artists, an artist, or artist teams to create permanent public artworks for the Benning Road Bridge in Northeast Washington, DC. It is our intention that the bridge will serve as a community landmark and gateway for residents, commuters and visitors as they travel within this area and make their way to other locations in the District of Columbia during the day and night.
