An Amber Alert has been issued for 15-year old Rachel Lenore Whitehead of Hudson, Michigan.
Rachel is white, 5'6", 125 pounds and has blue eyes. She has brown hair with red highlights, and has a mental disability.
She has cuts on both legs and her inner thighs, plus scars and fresh cuts on the insides of both arms.
Rachel is considered suicidal, and left a note for her parents warning them not to look for her, adding she will never come home.
She was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a shirt with blue, black and yellow stripes, and possibly flip flops. The alert says Whithead was hospitalized Tuesday night after calling a suicide hot line. Once she returned home, she left a note for telling her parents she wasn’t coming home and not to look for her.
