An Amber Alert has been issued for 2-year old Alayah M Watley of St. Croix, Virgin Islands. She may be in the company of Candice Hazel who is driving a White 2007 Compass, license plate CDH-815, owned by Rolando Watley of #83 PeterÂ’s Rest. The child was last seen Saturday, July 18 at no. 83 Catherine’s Rest. She has an ongoing medical condition and needs medical treatment.
