Were the children in state's custody the first three times she took them out of state?
If so, why did they allow her the unsupervised overnight visit?
I feel bad for the children having to go through this. There is a reason this woman may be losing custody for her children. In my opinion, someone from the state screwed up big time by allowing the unsupervised visit.
This is another sad case of another family system stretched too thin.
And it's always the children that suffer.
It's unfortunate how the System works, and the children are always on the losing end.
Thanks again.
So sad.
* There is reasonable belief by law enforcement an abduction has occurred
* The abduction is of a child age 17 years or younger
* The law-enforcement agency believes the child is in imminent danger of seriousbodily injury or death
* There is enough descriptive information about the victim and abduction for law enforcement to issue an AMBER Alert to assist in the recovery of the child
* The child’s name and other critical data elements, including the Child Abduction flag, have been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) computer
Thank you for posting to Point Whore! Wishing everyone many, many points!
I am not sure how that works but it may have something to do with my mom's great aunt (Not sure about family terminology) saying their mother would never harm them.
