The first child's name is Megan Teresa Roy, a 9 year old black female 4' 10" tall, 70 LBS, with brown hair, wearing glasses, pink pants and a yellow T-shirt. The second child's name is Jeremy Roland Roy, a 5 year old black male 4'8" tall, 48 LBS, with brown hair, wearing a red T-shirt and blue jean shorts.The suspect is Teresa Roy, a 39 year old black female, 5' 6" tall, 140 LBS, wearing unknown type clothing. The suspect vehicle is a 2000 Toyota Sienna mini-van, blue in color with gray trim, license plate number 4HYR792. Suspect has history of violence and mental illness.
