Amber Alert Cancelled For 3-Year Old Texas Girl

The Amber Alert was canceled by the El Paso Police after the girl was found safe on Thursday evening in El Paso. No information is available on the suspects at this time.

The update on the suspects is this...the mother and her boyfriend were arrested for burglary, they were not arrested or charged yet with kidnapping since there is some question about custody, apparently as far as we know here in El Paso, neither her mother or father filed any paper work for permanent custody so because the person that took the child is her mother, right now no kidnapping has been committed. The mother and boyfriend turned themselves in.
