KSL News) Salt Lake County authorities have just released an Amber Alert. A 3-year-old girl, Dulcinea Lopez, was last seen Monday afternoon at the Avalon Health Care Center at 3855 S. 700 East.
The child was taken by her mother, Patricia Reyes. Police say Reyes has an extensive history of drug abuse. She likely would be using public transportation. Dulcinea is 3 feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a pink sweater.
Patricia is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing dark pants, a T-shirt and dark jacket.
We are working on getting a picture of Dulcinea, and we will post it as soon as we get it.

Why was the little girl at the Health Center?
Did her mother bring her in? If so, why is she listed as missing if her own mother decided to take her somewhere else?
Does the mother NOT have custody? If not then how did she know to go to the health center where her daughter would be?
Who filed the missing person report that issued the Amber Alert? The Clinic?
