Amber Alert Cancelled For 8 Month Old Kentucky Boy

Kentucky State Police have canceled the AMBER Alert issued for 8-month-old Billy Wyatt Mapel, a young white male infant. Mapel was found at his paternal grandparents house just before 10:30 a.m. Friday.

Kentucky State Police issued the AMBER Alert after Mapel was last seen 1 a.m. Friday in Jeffersonville, Ky.

Police believe the child was taken by his father, 33-year-old Robin Clay Mapel, after a domestic dispute. The father also has an outstanding warrant from Scott County, Ky.

hi Bob... i'm glad he was found okay... those domestic disputes are awful...
people have no right to use their children as pawns... terrible...
