Adelene Ruiz, 17, who was last seen Wednesday night, has been found in Mexico and she will be returned to her parents. She was located in Matamoras, Mexico.
Ruiz had filed a protective order against her former boyfriend, Charlie Lucas Zelaya, 19. Ft. 
Bend County investigators believe Ruiz was abducted by Zelaya. He is currently incarcerated by the Matamoras State Police on unknown charges.
Additional details on Ruiz's condition and the events surrounding this incident are pending further investigation. She will be released to law enforcement officials of Cameron County Sheriff's Office and they will then turn her over to her parents.
This incident is still being actively investigated by the Fort Bend County Sheriff's office.
