I Pulled a Great Prank on the Kids Today! LOL

April Fools Day wouldn't be complete without me pulling something over on SOMEONE at least once!!!

 So, when I went to pick up the kids from their aftercare program at the school today, I parked my car all the way around the building in one of the side lots.  Both kids were super excited to see me and we walked out the front door like we do every other day I get them.  Still talking neither kid noticed my car wasn't parked out front like usual and they started looking for my car.  Drake turned around and said "Kimber, Where's your car?" I managed not to laugh and stood there with a serious and confused look on my face.  Lily said, "Mommy maybe somebody stole it!"  I said, "OH NO, what do you guys think we should do?"  Both kids fell into a mild panic and then another parent walked up to us to go into the building to get her car.  When Lily said, "I think someone stole my Mommies' car," I busted up laughing so hard I almost couldn't explain to them and the other concerned parent that it was a joke and my car was in the side lot!  She laughed all the rest of the way into the building, the kids realized I pulled one over on them and had the appropriate embarrassment being the butt of a joke causes you to have! LOL  They were so cute! I laughed at their reactions all the way to the car.  They were excited to tell Grandma and Nana that Mommy "got" them! LOL
